Greystone was referred to (Steven’s) conservator and me by Bristol Speciality Hospital in Bristol.
The staff at Greystone has gone above and beyond what was required from the housekeeping department to the administrator. Jeff in Marketing has been on board since Day 1! We were advised by JCMC to unhook him and let him go. They said because of his mental state, Steven was not a candidate for a trach. I thank God every day we did not listen. Greystone therapy has performed miracles.
